Assimilation

Software platform is fully built and delivering results. Next phase as a company is proprietary drone development. Can't rely on inferior third party providers or give away our competitive edge through partnerships. Our autonomous inspection drones + domain specific flight patterns will provide oversight capabilities that mesh network cameras can't match. Easier implementation + mobile sensors for closer inspections. Manufacturers are ready, prototype next.
Already progressing on physical action models, and simulation work shows clear path to dominance. Timeline accelerated due to enterprise demand. B.S tax on current systems + limitations of their software makes owning the full stack a no brainer. One drone per project makes more sense from ROI perspective. Enterprise partners have confirmed need for full service, they want it all done by us, not dealing with their own cameras.
Enterprise rollouts moving. The boring problems are becoming obvious, and I've built enough to put competitors out of commission as is. Third party hardware limitations, vendor dependencies, margin compression are real and need to be overcome fast to take the market. Building our own autonomous systems solves this systematically.
On public safety side: weapon detection systems hit 98% accuracy, dataset grown to 40,000+ labeled photos. Entire pipeline to emergency responder alert ready for demos. Another vertical ready to explore in NYC, and good for keeping pipeline warm on public safety side for rapid expansion into schools, colleges, NYPD operations once we dominate construction.
Not interested in partnerships that dilute technical advantage or my strength. Full stack dual execution is rampant. No time for back and forth, full steam till the end.
I'm the in to the market - sharper, faster, and better on both fronts. 🍒 on top: decades more to give
Couple of whales, and a drone prototype next. See ya. - Asfandyar
