My role as founder is to integrate these diverse expertise streams into a cohesive product vision, executing rapidly to secure this caliber of talent before our competitors can begin their approach.

Funding Momentum & Timeline
We've allocated $300K in confirmed commitments toward our targeted $1.5M pre-seed raise at a $15M valuation, with growing interest that's pushing us toward oversubscription. Given this momentum and to maintain our focus on execution, we're closing this pre seed tranche by May 15th, with no investor meetings after May 14th. We're currently finalizing allocation decisions with a select syndicate of strategic investors who bring tangible value to our distribution, hardware partnerships, and technical recruitment efforts.
Following this close, we'll immediately shift focus to working with our enterprise partners (Skanska, GFP), preparing our worker safety pitch for the Construction Tech Summit, and deepening our NYC pipeline. After establishing a repeatable sales cycle with these initial clients, we'll be well positioned for our full seed round with strategic partners already in the pipeline.

Silicon Valley Expansion
In late June, we're moving into the Silicon Valley ecosystem. This is a strategic move to expand our distribution channels, engage with top tier venture capital firms, and tap into the west coast's deep engineering talent pool.
Our objectives are direct: meetings with key venture investors, critical enterprise introductions across tech infrastructure companies, and positioning ourselves to attract world class engineering talent. We'll establish our narrative at the convergence of spatial intelligence, infrastructure technology, and edge computing.
The Journey Ahead
After a 6 week stretch of socializing, community building, and deepening both pre seed and seed funnels, I'm making a strategic shift. The context switching was critical during this phase, allowing me to drill into our positioning, perfect our narrative, and significantly increase top of funnel engagement while building a founder brand that opens doors.
With that foundation established, our GTM momentum requires me to be highly selective with my time. I'm done with general ecosystem events that don't directly connect to our ICP or business development opportunities. I've paid my dues building in the ecosystem and now see with crystal clarity where I can derive and provide value.
Transition Plan:
Dual Mode through May: engineering, product roadmap & maintaining relentless enterprise momentum
Full Time CEO: Once our first two founding engineers are on board, transitioning to scale partnerships, fundraise, and prep for SF
The San Francisco trip feels like a homecoming I didn't know I needed. My heart understands what my mind has been calculating, this is where our narrative expands, and where our potential becomes unquestionable.
